Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic granulated
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley or cilantro dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Combine the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic, parsley, and salt in a bowl.
- Brush or rub the marinade onto the chicken breasts.
- Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Place the chicken breast on a sheet parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake the chili lime chicken in 350 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes or until a thermometer shows the internal temperature is 165˚
